Program Application Form

The application for the Visual Communications program is now available to download and complete. Both degrees use the same application form. Note that we are not currently accepting applications—they can be submitted within the date range listed below.

The program will begin accepting applications at 8:00am PST on Monday, April 20th, 2026, closing on midnight PST on Friday, June 26th, 2026. Do not submit your application until the opening date.

Please download the PDF version of the application (right-click in your browser and select Download Linked File or similar wording) and complete it using Adobe's free Acrobat Reader application. Do not try to complete the application PDF within a web browser.
